These reports show that the Alien Invasion Agendas have been in plan for decades now and are in fact coming to fruition. The goal is the hive-mind, a totally controlled population, and genocide for those who cannot be assimilated.

US report foretells of brave new world
July 23, 2002

A draft government report says we will alter human evolution within 20 years by combining what we know of nanotechnology, biotechnology, IT and cognitive sciences. The 405-page report sponsored by the US National Science Foundation and Commerce Department, Converging Technologies for Improving Human Performance, calls for a broad-based research program to improve human performance leading to telepathy, machine-to-human communication, amplified personal sensory devices and enhanced intellectual capacity.

People may download their consciousnesses into computers or other bodies even on the other side of the solar system, or participate in a giant “hive mind”, a network of intelligences connected through ultra-fast communications networks.”

With knowledge no longer encapsulated in individuals, the distinction between individuals and the entirety of humanity would blur,” the report says. “Think Vulcan mind-meld. We would perhaps become more of a hive mind – an enormous, single, intelligent entity.”

Armies may one day be fielded by machines that think for themselves while devices will respond to soldiers’ commands before their thoughts are fully formed, it says.

The report says the abilities are within our grasp but will require an intense public-relations effort to “prepare key organisations and societal activities for the changes made possible by converging technologies”, and to counter concern over “ethical, legal and moral” issues.

Education should be overhauled down to the primary-school level to bridge curriculum gaps between disparate subject areas.

Professional societies should be open to practitioners from other fields, it says. “The success of this convergent-technologies priority area is crucial to the future of humanity,” the report says.

WTEC Address
    1653 Lititz Pike, #417
    Lancaster, PA 17601
WTEC is the nation’s leading organization in conducting international technology assessments. During the 1990s, it was called the World Technology Evaluation Center (WTEC) Division of Loyola University Maryland. In 2001, WTEC was spun off into a separate nonprofit corporation by R. D. Shelton. Most recently it was headed by Patricia Foland as president.
Over the years WTEC has conducted more than 80 international technology assessments using an on-site peer review methodology that many believe is the best single way to get accurate results.  Sponsors included most of the U.S. Government’s research agencies: NSF, NIH, DoD, Department of Energy, NIST and many others. Panelists are some of the nation’s leading experts. Past panelists include the Director of the NSF, Directors of the DOE Office of Science (3), the Chief of Naval Research, vice presidents of research for IBM, Bell Labs, and hundreds of other leading scientists and engineers.
A report archive is posted below. Many reports become books by major publishers. Recent ones published by Springer are on: converging technologies, nanotechnology 2020, biosensing, systems biology, micromanufacturing, and brain computer interfaces.

The Imperial College Press has published books on robotics, nanocatalysis, and simulation-based engineering.  The Academic Press, Kluwer, and Noyes Publishers published a half-dozen WTEC books earlier.  A search for “WTEC” at will find many of them.

September 13-14, 2000
Report of the NSF Workshop on Quantitative Systems Biotechnology, Sept. 13-14, 20001I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY INTRODUCTION

On September 13 and 14, 2000, the Engineering Directorate of the National Science Foundation convened a workshop on “quantitative systems biotechnology” (QSB).

For the purposes of the workshop, QSB was defined as engineering research to augment the process of predicting the phenotypic behavior of a living organism from the genomic information being generated for that organism and the environmental conditions that influence the expression of that genome.

The objectives of the workshop were to provide detailed suggestions for the scope of a new NSF/ENG Program Solicitation ( on QSB, and to examine the possible case for conducting a World Technology Evaluation Center (WTEC) international bench marking study in this area.

Leading U.S. experts in the fields of biotechnology, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, experimental biology, computational biology, molecular biology, systems analysis, bioinformatics, metabolic pathway analysis, theoretical biology, and genetics were invited to make presentations on recent research and development activities related to the forthcoming NSFQSB initiative, and to participate in extensive open discussion on the possible foci and boundaries of the initiative.

In addition to the invited researchers active in the field, participants included many NSF staff members, including representatives from the Bioengineering and Environmental Systems (BES),Electrical and Communications Systems (ECS), Chemical and Thermal Systems (CTS), and Engineering Education and Centers (EEC) divisions of NSF’s Directorate for Engineering, as well as from the Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Directorate and the Biological Sciences Directorate at NSF.

Great Reset? Putin Says, “Not So Fast”
… And that’s why his speech at the World Economic Forum was so important.
Putin hadn’t spoken there for nearly a decade. In a time when WEF-controlled puppets dominate positions of power in Europe, the U.K., Canada and now the U.S., Putin walked into Virtual Davos and dumped his coffee on the carpet.
In terms I can only describe as unfailingly polite, Putin told Klaus Schwab and the WEF that their entire idea of the Great Reset is not only doomed to failure but runs counter to everything modern leadership should be pursuing.
Putin literally laughed at the idea of the Fourth Industrial Revolution – Schwab’s idea of a planned society through AI, robots and the merging of man and machine.
He flat-out told them their policies driving the middle class to the brink of extinction over the COVID-19 pandemic will further increase social and political unrest while also ensuring wealth inequality gets worse.
… Putin’s speech made it clear that Russia is committed to the process of finding solutions to all people benefiting from the future, not just a few thousand holier-than-thou oligarchs in Europe.

… basically told the WEF to stuff the Great Reset back into the hole in which it was conceived.

Enough with America’s ‘thank you for your service’ culture. It’s betrayal, not patriotism.

Our service men and women are perpetually abused and misled. Perks like priority airline boarding won’t fix that.

… Our country’s military is continually misused, and no amount of pyrotechnics, flag-waving, priority airline boarding, discount nachos, bumper stickers or military flyovers can fix that. For two decades, the U.S. government has knowingly sent its service members to self-perpetuating and self-defeating wars.
That’s not patriotism — that’s betrayal.
… fascinating that many teachers would never expose children to graphic images of dead soldiers in classrooms, but those same students can be misled in broad daylight, at schoolhouses turned de facto recruiting stations? Consequently, American youths could unwittingly become those very dead bodies.
Informed consent is a critical component of respect. And if our society believes that images of amputees or dead civilians — and statistics about suicide, post-traumatic stress disorder or drug abuse — are too explicit for underage audiences, perhaps its military should quit recruiting children.

… a survey by The Washington Post and the Kaiser Family Foundation reported that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan “have caused mental and emotional health problems in 31% of vets — more than 800,000 of them.”
In one of the largest surveys available on post-9/11 veterans, “40% of veterans polled had considered suicide at least once after they joined  the military” and roughly 20 veterans and active-duty service members committed suicide daily in the past several years  — a truly staggering figure.

That’s “more suicides each year than the total American military deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq,” as a New York Times editorial board member characterized it.

Divorce, alcohol, drugs, depression, endless “zombie” medication to mitigate endless deployments — the whole nine yards. All of it ought to be raised before any American enlists, but we do not know of a single instance where a recruiter discussed the risks of military service.
Likewise, because it is one of the most traumatic, highly personal elements of combat, recruits should recognize that America’s war on terror has resulted in the deaths, often violent, of more than 100 Sept. 11’s worth of civilians from Africa to Central Asia.

In the final sense, war offers only needless suffering. Ignorance to its evils is more needless still.
Taken collectively, burdens and risks seem subtle and are more easily dismissed. Most citizens prefer to avert their eyes than view war through honest lenses of fear, apathy, ignorance and guilt. The Pentagon, incidentally, seems quite happy with this arrangement.

Amazing video!
Video: Containership Backlog in Southern California Sets More Record

Six weeks into 2021 and approaching the Lunar New Year holiday, which normally starts a slowdown in imports from Asia, the containership backlog at the Southern California ports is showing no signs of letting up. While the number of ships at anchor declined slightly, the number of ships on berth set a new record, and port officials are preparing for another wave of arrivals.
The U.S. Coast Guard recently released video of a flyover of the San Pedro Bay that gives a sense of just how congested the ports have become. Shot in late January, the area looks like a congested highway familiar to many of the world’s commuters.

The Real World And The Narrative World | by Caitlin Johnstone

… It’s easier to control people through the narrative world than the real world because the narrative world and its relationship with the real world is too complicated for most people to understand, whereas the real world is quite simple and straightforward. For this reason, a tremendous amount of energy goes into controlling the dominant narratives, the dominant stories that people tell about what’s going on in the world.
Convince people to accept the narrative that a government’s leader is an evil dictator in need of regime change, and you can trade that narrative for real world control over a crucial geostrategic region. Convince people to accept that the status quo is working fine and any attempts to change it are dangerous insanity, and you ensure that people will never rise up and take away your real world control. Convince people that anyone questioning your narratives is a conspiracy theorist or a Russian propagandist, and you ensure your continued hegemonic control over the narrative world.
The most powerful manipulators are the ones who have succeeded in exerting control over both the real world and the narrative world, and they pursue both agendas with equal emphasis. Populations in the real world who insist upon their own national, resource, financial, economic or military sovereignty are subject to real world attacks by bombs, starvation sanctions and special ops. Entities in the narrative world which threaten imperial narrative domination are attacked, smeared, marginalized and censored.
That’s all we are seeing with the increasingly shrill mainstream panic about disinformation, conspiracy theories, foreign propaganda and domestic extremism. Our rulers and their media lackeys are not compassionately protecting us from deception, they are ensuring that they remain the only ones authorized to administer deception. By golly the only ones allowed to deceive us should be our government, our news media, our teachers and our priests.

… The narrative world is getting more and more frenzied while the real world is headed toward disaster due to the military and ecological pressures created by our status quo. There are only a few ways this can possibly break, with the most obvious being mass scale climate disaster or nuclear war.
There is also the possibility that the human species goes the other way and adapts. Organisms always wind up hitting a juncture where they either adapt to a new situation or go extinct, and we are approaching our juncture now.
Throughout recorded history, all around the globe, wise humans have been attesting that it is possible to transcend our delusion-rooted conditioning and come to a lucid perception of the narrative world and reality. There are many names for this lucid perception, but the one that caught on most widely is enlightenment.
We all have this potential within us. It has been gestating in us for many millennia. As we approach our adaptation-or-extinction juncture, we are very close indeed to learning if that potential will awaken in us or not.
If it does, a healthy and harmonious world will shift from being an unimaginable pipe dream to something very achievable. No longer confused about the relationship between the real world and the narrative world, we will be able to perceive our actual situation clearly, unfiltered by manipulation, and begin collaborating to build something beautiful and unprecedented. Once we move out of our narrative manipulation-driven model of competition and domination, and into a lucidity-driven model of collaboration with each other and with our ecosystem, a lasting peace will open up to us all.

Tens Of Millions More Americans Are Becoming Slaves To The System
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, back in October of 2019, prior to the arrival of Covid-19 upon American shores, the unemployment rate was 3.6 percent. Showing little or no change from the September of 2019 unemployment numbers for Whites (3.2 percent), Blacks or African Americans (5.4 percent), Asians (2.9 percent) and Hispanics or Latinos (4.1 percent), roughly 3 times that number of Americans are out of work in February of 2021 according to FED Chairman Jerome Powell.
With Powell claiming that the February 2021 unemployment rate is probably close to 10% if not much higher, those numbers are likely to explode in 2021, with roughly 9 million small businesses warning they likely won’t survive through 2021, nearly 1/3 of all small businesses in America according to this recent story over at The Blaze.

And with 8 million more Americans falling into poverty during the second half of 2020 according to this story over at Bloomberg, many of them young children whose parents had lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 lockdowns, as this must-read story over at the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) points out, a new paper from the National Bureau of Economic Research has found that “enforcement of mandatory Covid-19 restrictions” is what’s killing the economy.
So with Joe Biden recently claiming he’s considering ‘shutting down the entire country’ if that’s what is recommended to him by his ‘Covid team’, just imagine how many more small businesses will go out of business, permanently, should Biden do so. And imagine how many more young children will fall into poverty should he make that decision.
As Michael Snyder warns in this new story over at the Economic Collapse Blog titled “8 Million More Living In Poverty, 9 Million Small Businesses In Danger Of Closing, 10 Million Behind On Rent”, what millions upon millions of ordinary Americans are deeply suffering from now economically is likely just the beginning. From that story before we continue.:
